Store Policies We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any Dog with a Bag purchase fails to meet your expectations, you can return your item to us in its original and unused condition within 20 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. All returns must include the original receipt/packing slip, and in the original packaging with free gifts or promotions included. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized, personalized or engraved items, toys, food, perishable and grooming products. Select custom-made items may not be returned or exchanged, but we note such restrictions on the product detail page. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please ship the original and unused item, along with a copy of your email receipt or packing slip. The sender is responsible for all shipping charges. When returning your item INSURANCE IS RECOMENDED. If the item is lost or damaged and not insured you are responsible and we will not grant a refund or exchange. Products damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at us. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.
